Basically the government there is not allowing aid to be distributed, at least by relief workers. I can see that this may cause a huge world conflict. It is ridiculous that people would be so blinded by their social/military structure and dynamics that they won't allow help in such a crisis.
Instead they are willing to the risk the loss of more people and major disease outbreaks. Lovely.
