Get crafty!

I'd like to try to make these sweater boots, but I am sure mine would look like poo! :/
I have a tendency to glue my fingers together or destroy things I try to make.

Though, my daughter and I made some paper and cardboard shoes when she was about 2. They turned out ok and were her favorites for several months. Maybe I am just too critical!

Valentine's Day Countdown and February Giveaways

Valentine's Day is my wedding anniversary. The husband and I will be on vacation Valentine's weekend. We will be staying at a Eureka Springs,AR Bed and & Breakfast and enjoying a special Valentine's package. Massages, champagne, and gourmet meals... here we come! We may even throw a carriage ride in there. If it is not super freezing cold during our trip! I heard that it was something like -36 in an area of the midwest. Yikes! We lived in Madison, WI in the mid-late 90's. We loved the area but I am glad I am missing that "fun".

Update on giveaways: I will be hosting a few giveaways for February. If you want to contribute contact me at solta(at)hotmaildotcom for now. My hotmail account has all kinds of viagra spam in it so I will be setting up a new email address just for the blog.
