2012 drama

Sorry about my lack of consistent posts. The last few months have been kind of hectic. I have school, my oldest has developed numerous allergies, the youngest is sure she is a teenager, and one of our dogs had cancer and the other is trying to off himself by eating everything not nailed down! Thats only the short version. I am leaving a lot out for the sake of parties involved.

Dear dogs..

Dear dogs,

Most days I love you guys terribly but today...well today you were just terrible.
I do not appreciate being forced to vacuum cat litter off the living room carpet. Not to mention the scrubbing of the said carpet that followed and the complete saturation with oxy carpet spray (lilac scent) of that area. All of this before 8am. I am sorely disappointed in you little cat poop munching hooligans.

Furthermore, sharing does not mean bringing me a cat turd, that by the way looks an awful lot like coconut covered dates..which I may never eat again.

The really crappy day

Every once in a while a really crappy day will come along. It was apparently my day yesterday. The key word here being crappy! First someone pooped on the deck. ON THE DECK! What?!
I couldn't believe it, talk about dogs behaving badly! The neighbors sprayed their yard for fleas and guess what..they came over here. Then when I was making dinner SOMEONE got in the cat box and dragged off the girly curtain* I have in front of it.
I found the curtain in the living room with a tasty morsel of litter covered cat poop. ON MY RECENTLY CLEANED CARPET! Arrgh!



* I took off one of the doors of the cabinet and put the cats covered cat box in there with foofy curtains tied with purple beaded ribbons at the entrance.
